AlphaEye People Counting & Visitor Management software operates entirely on-premise on your Windows computer. The software does NOT collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. All visitor counting data, camera feeds, and analytics are stored locally in a SQLite database on your own machine.

Camera Data

All camera feeds processed by AlphaEye remain on your local network and computer. No video footage or frames are uploaded to any server. The AI detection runs entirely on your local hardware.

Telegram Integration

If you choose to use the optional Telegram reporting feature, summary statistics (counts, timestamps) and dashboard screenshots are sent via the Telegram Bot API to your designated Telegram chat. This is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time. No personal user data is included in these reports.

Website Contact Form

When you submit the contact form on this website, your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message are sent to our team email address. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties.

License Keys

License keys are associated with your hardware ID and email address for the purpose of license validation and support. This information is used only for software licensing and is not shared with third parties.

Cookies

This website uses only essential session cookies required for the contact form security (CSRF protection). No tracking cookies or analytics cookies are used unless you have configured Google Analytics in the site settings.
