Quick Setup Tips
Camera Placement
Mount camera overhead at 2.5–4m, angled down at 60–80°. The counting line should cross the narrowest point of your entrance.
Accuracy Tuning
If missing people, lower confidence to 35–40%. If false detections, raise it to 60–70%. Enable Head-Only mode for dense crowds.
Performance
Enable GPU mode for best FPS. On CPU-only systems, set Frame Skip to 3–4 and use YOLO nano model for smooth operation.
Telegram Setup
Create bot via @BotFather. Get your Chat ID via @userinfobot. Test with Send Now button before scheduling intervals.
Counting Line
Keep the line perpendicular to foot traffic direction. Avoid diagonal placement. Redraw if accuracy seems low.
